Based in Columbus, Ohio, Charles Hart Hospitality Group was founded by Andrew Bankhurst and Alex Fifner. Alex and Andrew spent the last decade at the nation’s largest real estate investment firm and realized the need for a more agile and responsive business model - a personalized brokerage experience to meet the needs of each client individually. Every hotel is unique and deserves a hands-on strategy to obtain maximum value. Collectively, we have over 50 years of commercial real estate experience and our approach to business is rooted in building relationships. We believe in a client-first approach and an intimate understanding of each deal. This philosophy has allowed us to successfully close in excess of $210 million in hotel transactions and over $1 billion as a commercial real estate firm.
