Mr. Klopfer co-founded Charles Hart Real Estate after a successful career with a national real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, sale and joint venture of multifamily real estate. He has consulted with owners on thousands of multifamily units and has built a substantial portfolio of residential, retail, special purpose, and multifamily property.
Mr. Klopfer is recognized by his peers in the Commercial Real Estate industry and by numerous Clients for his strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strength as an advocate and counselor in real estate transaction matters.
He graduated from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. While at Wittenberg, he was a member of the men’s basketball and golf team.
Mr. Klopfer is an active volunteer with the Columbus Dream Center, which provides hope to low-income, homeless, and underserved individuals and families in Columbus Ohio. He has taken on leadership and mentor roles with Search Columbus and volunteers at Rock City Church.
He resides in Bexley, Ohio with his wife and two children.
